I offer a bottom-up approach to spiritual transformation, which includes the body and breath. I guide you to shift attention from thinking about your spiritual transformation to feeling your sensations. Your body tells the truth and you will discover how to notice, track and respond to your body’s innate wisdom through breathing practices that balance emotions, boost energy, and calm anxiety as well as therapeutic movements that empower present-moment decision-making and effective action-taking. You will learn how to watch your thoughts, with curiosity, and befriend all your parts.
I have had a kundalini energy experience that gradually helped me emerge with mindfulness. Through practicing yoga, breathwork, and meditation, I've discovered how to cooperate with the new energies, insights, and fears. Being curious reduces resistance and allows me to access compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love.
This holistic system-wide approach relies on simultaneous complementary actions involving your body, breathing and positive perspectives to move steadily toward greater health in body, mind, and spirit. The steps are simple yet powerful, designed to empower confidence in self-healing. What you can expect from our mentoring:
* Support to find realizations that inspire growth and further exploration
* Methods to blend spiritual insights into the life you are living
* Practical body-based strategies that empower you to make effective choices and take action
* Integrative Breathwork sessions to enhance your capacity to hear and trust inner guidance
* Calming breathing techniques to ground your energy and cultivate emotional balance
* Sleep support: body-based relaxing meditation recordings (yoga Nidra)
* Journal writing guidance and prompts to support reframing
* Therapeutic movement personalized for your specific energetic, emotional and physical needs
* A safe place to discuss your spiritually transformative experience(s)
* Guidance with a transformational process that can feel overwhelming
* Techniques to “be with” difficult emotions
