As a Life and Spiritual Coach, I support and empower clients to walk their own unique transformational journey. Because each experierencer and experience is different and exists in its own context I support my clients to develop their own personal meanings and understandings as they move through the sometimes confusing, frightening, and/or disorienting process of integrating their experience. I help clients create processes to manage challenging aftereffects of experiences and empower clients in negotiating agreements with family and friends to help create the environment that will aid in the integration process. Being invited to become a traveling companion with experiencers has been the most rewarding work of my career as a life coach. I work with parents whose children have had or are having STEs.

I was raised Catholic and later studied Buddhism, meditation, Islam, and Shamanism. I know identify as more of a Christian Mystic but my faith life is very eclectic and still includes practices from the Buddhist tradition. I have studied with consciousness research Dr. David R. Hawkins for many years and am A Course of Miracles practitioner and study group facilitator. I work within a client’s spiritual perspective and respect all faiths.

The values I hold most dearly are unity, oneness, inclusion, gentleness, honesty, forgiveness, and trust which are to me, manifestations of Love. When working with clients I trust their experiences were brought forth as a result of a normal psycho-spiritual developmental process and hold great promise of healing and integrating the Human Spirit and Divinity if properly honored and processed. I approach each STE with great respect as I understand it to be communication between the sacred parts of ourselves attempting to attain greater states of union.

I have a rich history of STE’s from early childhood all through my adult life that spans the range of almost every experience except an actual near death experience. While having a near death like experience there was no precipitating event that caused it. Having experienced both ecstatic and frightening STE’s I know firsthand the challenges and after affects and how these experiences can change everything in your life from your values, relationship goals and desires, and life work. I know the challenges of getting and staying grounded, the heartbreak of homesickness, and the pull to stay present and be of service for the sake of Love. It is my great joy to be able to support and empower others who have been through these experiences and to be of service to the brave souls who agreed to wake up in these challenging times.
