About me and my approach
My work as a Life and Spiritual Coach empowers experiencers to create a practice of empowering themselves to the fullest expression of their essential nature. Every area of life is affected by STEs, so having a life coach as a thinking partner provides individuals with a greater capacity to fulfill their optimum expression in life. Problems generated by STEs have a space to be talked about and worked through. This work requires personal commitment, dedication, discipline and a sense of humor.
My spiritual practice is eclectic in nature. I study Buddhism, Christianity, Zen and Native American traditions. I walk in nature as my primary form of meditation.
Experiencers have been given a gift - an opportunity to experience an expanded reality. This gift can cause upheaval in many areas of life. Seeing STEs as relatively normal life events allows each individual to utilize the gifts and challenges of their STEs to empower them to their optimum functioning and usually allows the fulfillment of their life purpose. This can be fun and exciting work. It takes courage and curiosity to integrate the many complexity of human and spiritual arenas.
I believe that working with experiencers is the pinnacle work of my career. Sitting with individuals who have had the opportunity to experience life beyond consensus view of reality provides a foundation for our work beyond faith for human-spiritual integration. It may not make the work easier, but provides an expanded view of reality through direct experience, which cannot be denied. This is joyous work, indeed.
